Arcserve is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist that can support demand generation efforts across multiple digital platforms. This role will be instrumental in executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing marketing lead generation platforms, analyzing website performance, and leveraging AI tools to optimize marketing outcomes.The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketer with a passion for data, automation, and customer engagement. You identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve marketing outcomes. You’re very organized, a great collaborator, and ready to learn and grow. Your track record includes ROI-driven marketing initiatives that drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Support both inbound and outbound strategies: lead generation, nurture flows, and targeted outreach.
- Manage and integrate tools across the MarTech stack — CRM, email automation, outbound, and analytics platforms.
- Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows (email nurturing, drip campaigns, lead scoring).
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and best practices — and move fast to test and adopt what works.
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Pardot, or similar).
- Familiarity with outbound and email outreach tools (like Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach).
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) Experience reporting on KPIs and ROI for digital campaigns and recommend data-driven improvements
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to switch priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who’s comfortable with experimentation and learning new tech stacks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with main marketing automation platforms (like Hubspot, Marketo).
- Familiarity with content marketing and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Hands-on experience or education in AIO and optimizing for LLMs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or email template customization.
- Experience supporting sales enablement or revops activities.
