FinSafe Limited is a UK-based company focused on financial education, scam prevention, and risk awareness. We help individuals who may have been targeted by scams or are at risk in the online investment and digital finance space.

Our mission is to educate, protect, and empower individuals to make safer financial decisions while navigating complex markets such as crypto, forex, and online investments.

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for high-performing Financial Services Sales Consultants who understand finance, sales psychology, and client care.

Role Overview

As a Financial Services Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for speaking with prospective clients, understanding their financial concerns, and presenting FinSafe’s educational packages designed to help them protect themselves from scams and make informed financial decisions.

This role requires a balance between strong sales ability and genuine client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients via phone and online meetings
• Understand client situations, particularly those affected by or vulnerable to scams
• Present and sell FinSafe’s financial education and protection packages
• Build trust with clients through professional communication
• Maintain accurate records of interactions within HubSpot CRM
• Work closely with the lead generation and compliance teams
• Ensure all sales conversations are conducted ethically and in line with UK compliance standards

Requirements

✔ Minimum 3 years of sales experience
✔ Experience selling financial services, crypto, forex, or investment-related products
✔ Strong understanding of client psychology and consultative selling
✔ Ability to differentiate between customer service and closing sales
✔ Excellent spoken English
✔ Strong objection-handling and closing skills
✔ Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment

Advantageous Skills

• Knowledge of crypto, forex, and online trading markets
• Understanding of how financial scams operate
• Experience helping victims of scams or financial fraud
• Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic
• Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar systems

Compensation

• £1,000 Monthly Base Salary
• 10% Commission on Sales
• Additional performance-based incentives
• Opportunity to grow into Senior Consultant or Team Lead roles
