Designed a mentorship platform website featuring a unique online booking
system for mentor-mentee interactions. Conducted in-depth competitor analysis
to identify industry strengths and weaknesses. Leveraged these insights to create
user-centric wireframes, optimizing the platform's usability. Developed a
minimalist design approach, ensuring a seamless user experience on both
desktop and mobile devices, fostering an intuitive interface.

My primary objective was to develop a comprehensive sleep tracker mobile app.
To achieve this, I initiated a structured process that began with in-depth
interviews to gather valuable user insights. I then created a Customer Journey
Map (CJM) to visualize and understand their sleep-related experiences.
Employing the Kano model, I prioritized features to ensure user satisfaction and
engagement.
Subsequently, I meticulously designed the app's information architecture,
adhering to Miller's Law to optimize user-friendliness and clarity in presenting
sleep data. Through a detailed analysis of user testing data, including heat maps,
I implemented necessary adjustments, resulting in a polished and finalized
design that catered to users' unique sleep tracking needs and preferences.
