Position: Office Manager, personal assistant of the Consultant (Resident Manager) on the construction of a new complex for the processing of solid waste with a system for collecting landfill gas and generating electricity in Kharkov. The project is co-financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) and the Clean Technologies Fund.
Duties:
Translations of the technical documentation of the project (English / Russian / Ukrainian);
Translations of tender documents (English / Russian / Ukrainian);
Translations of sections of the Contractor's contract;
Support of a foreign Resident Consultant in the formalization of official correspondence between all interested parties in the financial and engineering and construction context (Customer-Contractor-Consultant-World Bank);
Support for a foreign Resident Consultant in the preparation of monthly reports of work progress for submission to the Department of the World Bank (sections of financial reporting, construction work, technical supervision, ecology);
Participation in production meetings Client-Contractor, representatives of the World Bank (drawing up protocols, translation services);
Participation in weekly inspections of the construction site-landfill;
Support for a foreign Resident Consultant in the procedures for signing payment certificates and additional agreements under the contract;
