Supervision of installation of a modern HVAC system using energy efficient Daikin equipment (such as AHUs, Chillers, four‐

pipe FCUs) that allow heat cool rooms and cool hot rooms at the same time. 
‐ Supervision of energy efficiency of the building (including proper isolation of Ventilation ducts and pipes, insulation of roof, 
façade walls and partitions).

New Baku International sea trade port,

Client: Dutch company “Royal Haskoning DHV Engineering”.
Main tasks involved:

‐ Supervision of energy efficiency of the buildings (including proper isolation of Ventilation ducts and pipes, insulation of roof, 
façade walls and partitions). 
‐ Represent the Client onsite in accordance with FIDIC requirements

The new port provides rail ferry terminal facilities (now operational), together with facilities (currently under construction) for 
handling general cargo, containers and ro‐ro traffic.
