Резюме Junior IT Project manager

My name is Alona *********.
Since 2000 I've been working in the fashion industry.
10 years as an employee in the mass market and 10 years as a freelance designer.

This year gave us a lot of time to analyze and think about life goals and priorities.
So I realized I want to work in the IT field, learn new things and start a new career as a
project manager.

Why do I think it’s possible:
* I’m a motivated and fast learning person
* Interested in Agile methodologies
* love working with and for people and use all my skills to be productive and useful
* Have an upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English
* Studying French (my level now is pre intermediate)
* As a freelancer I’m doing a lot of different types of work and organizing processes, so I can
consider myself as a multitasking person
* Also good in time management, organizational and communication skills
* I’m always motivated in self development, so I have a high level of discipline and self
organization
* Worked a lot with presentations
* Gave dozens online and offline lectures, so I do love to communicate with people and give 
useful information in accessible and clear way 
* I consider myself as a creative person as well. And I think this skill is good in founding 
unusual solutions and innovations 
 
So I think all my life experience, discipline, motivation and creativity could be useful for your 
team. Yes, I don’t have a technical background (yet), but I have a big will to learn more. 
 
Being willing to change is more important than following the original plan. 
I think this agile principle describes my lifestyle the most. 
 
Also a bit of personal info, that could be useful: 
* 20015-2020 I lived and worked in Kiev 
* during almost a year I lived in Germany and half a year in France 
* I’m leading a healthy lifestyle (don’t drink alcohol, don’t smoke, doing sport and yoga) 
* my hobby is an oil painting and sketching (had several exhibitions in Ukraine, sold works in 
Ukraine, France and USA)
