Overview:

• Designing and supervising the initial well completion 

•Collaboration with the rest of the well delivery team departments, local authorities and regulators 

•Making sure that the well delivery process is within the expected time and budget

Senior Well Testing and Completions Services Engineer/ Engineer in Charge/ IOS (Integrated Oil services department)

Responsibilities: 

• Supervised and performed periodical test programs and monitored well performance in onshore HPHT, sweet /sour gas, heavy/light oil & gas wells. 

• Conducted operational and maintenance of following production/well test packages – flow head, choke manifold 10K & 15 K, 3-Phase horizontal separator, SSV 
(surface safety valve), indirect heaters, ESD (emergency shutdown system). Artificial lifts like electrical submersible pumps, sucker rod pumps, progressive cavity 
pumps, transfer pump (electric and air driven), surge tank and gauge tanks, green burners, vertical flare stack, etc. 

• I performed operations of testing Oil & Gas wells, production range of 100 to 15,000 bbl/d with BS&W range of 0 to 100 % and API gravity range of 10 to 45 on 
mobile production separator. 

• I conducted operational and complete calibration of following equipment and instrumentations - Dead weight testers, Senior Orifice meter Daniel, Pressure 
controllers, pressure test pumps, Level controllers, Pressure and level actuators, Safety relief valves, Flow computer, differential chart recorders Barton,oil and gas 
flow meters, chemical injection, API kit, salinity kit, etc. 

• Knowledge of ASTM standard methods for water cut analysis, API gravity analysis, Gas gravity analysis, Salinity analysis, pH and H

S metering. 

• Good knowledge of development and implementation of safe operating procedures. 

• Ensures data is collected accurately and presented professionally to achieve a high-quality report for the client. 

• Compiles end of job report to required standard in a timely and efficient manner. 

• Attends pre- and post-test Client meetings when required. 

• Actively participate in designing and technical planning of Well Testing/Temporary Production facility packages, P&IDs and Layouts using AutoCAD software. 

• Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures. 

• Run and retrieve downhole completion components e.g. downhole gauge carriers, downhole electronicmemory recorders and plugs and prongs.
