• Experience in managing grant projects (development, budget preparation, cost tracking and document verification, monitoring and evaluation of cost items). Preparing and processing all necessary documentation for procurement procedures, payment procedures
• Take the responsibility of all money transactions at URCS Kharkov level after reception of relevant documentation (Purchase Order, Requests for Payments, etc.) and signed by authorized GRC/URCS staff,
• Ensure proper documenting and filing of all transactions and expenditures respecting the predefined budget lines
The ability to coordinate teamwork, creating a friendly atmosphere in the team
Data collection, preparation and reporting (for donors and internal use)
Development of plans and program of measures, crisis management
Communication with representatives of branches and project participants
Experience writing articles, maintaining public pages or groups in social networks and periodicals
Work with large volumes of information and processing in Excel
• Coordinate the drafting and finalization of any Contracts or Agreements to be signed between URCS Kharkov and any third party in the area of operations; Contents of such contracts and agreements are to be checked and verified by GRC Project Manager and signed by URCS Kharkov authorized staff,

• Act as GRC official translator whenever GRC delegations and partners visits are organized in the area of operation,
• Preparation & finalization of delegations’ or partners’ schedules for the visits in question, for transport and accommodation arrangements;
