GOAL

To obtain a HR People Partner or IT Recruiter position to develop my skills and to

help the company to achieve its’ goals.

EXPERIENCE

HR Generalist – Hyperion Tech , November 2018 — current time

Responsibilities:

•

Participated in development and implementation of the following processes from
scratch: on-boarding, adaptation, off-boarding, HR interview, employees'
satisfaction survey, invented, developed and implemented welcome pack;

•

Conducting one to one meetings, HR interview, exit interview;

•

Lead an on-boarding process;

•

Individual work with team members;

•

Perform full recruitment life cycle and headhunting for various IT positions;

•

Attract applicants by placing job advertisements using job sites and social media;

•

Select candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews, provide feedback to successful
and unsuccessful candidates.
