Managing human resources, finance, legal, security departments.

Managing industrial complex of 1600 t/day sunflower oil extraction plant, 500 t/day refinery and bottling facilities, products storages, logistic, safety departments.

Defining plant development strategy with further control of CAPEX implementation.

Achievements:

Started business with McD and KFC.

Bottling plant modernization – SIPA bottling line installation.

Refining plant modernization – vacuum system replacement.

Various small projects: HEX “Alfa Rex” replacement, emergency diesel generator GP 1120 A/P-A installation, refinery sludge drying implementation.

Managing of 1600 t/day sunflower seeds processing plant including crushing, refinery, bottling production, maintenance, environment, safety and quality control.

P&L, CAPEX and overall technical responsibility for the Plant.
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company rules and regulations (in particular, environmental law, labor law, health and (food) safety) as required specifically under local legislation.
Leading and motivating the plant supervisory team.

Development and achieving the goals of production department budget. Conducting of personnel professional skills development programs. Process optimization for achieving of low level process and quality related losses with maintaining of maximum production rate. Production lines modernization. Working with contractors, conducting of negotiations and making contracts. Leading accidents investigations based on RCA technology with further elimination of route causes.
