ACHIEVEMENTS: formed structure of ERP development division. Perfomed audit of existing corporate IFRS based accounting system (NAV); made «road-map» for fixing problems and further improvement of system; implemented responsibility allocation of developing/supporting of corporate accounting system within group of development, consultants, analysts and product owners. Implemented with 1C:Enterprise, Bitrix, Telegram APIs such processes as: new chart of accounts and linked documents/reports; budgeting; treasure; procurements; payroll; HR processes; fixed assets inventory procedure; project management (calculation of costs and revenues according to each project) etc. Tools used for work: Visio (BPMN, UML), Confluence.
