Personality / Will I fit in?

I have launched several businesses and sold a few, one successfully. There are a few more things I do in my spare time: practice mindfulness meditation, do some morning yoga, cook a few vegan things, go for a walk with my dog, exchange business ideas, play tennis and, after a productive day, drink a moderate amount of good red wine with my friends or family.

Experience / What have I done so far?

I have started to gain experience in Ukraine during 2003 - 2008: I have managed marketing for automobile (Volkswagen), oil&gas (Rompetrol), beauty (L’Oreal), digital media (Liga BusinessInform) and advertising agencies’ side. I have graduated from CIM to gain an Internationally acclaimed marketing qualification back then.

I have moved to Gibraltar to work for an International education and gaming startup. During 2008 - 2010 I have helped to grow them ******** million users to 4 million. I have managed digital marketing and partnerships for European markets. That’s how my award-winning career in performance marketing started.

I took a gamble back in 2010 - 2011 to move to Malta and to become a Senior Manager for the entertainment company marketing operations. I have managed 7 brands and a medium sized team.

After completing my studies at Westminster Business School, I could not stay away from digital marketing for long so I have joined another gaming and IT development company in London. I have managed several European markets for them and contributed to a successful sale of the company. I have them moved to work at Swedish gaming operator in their London Headquarters to become an industry Best Affiliate Manager 2014, globally recognised. My team has won awards in the industry during 2012 - 2015. I have left employment in 2016 to co-found an online retail startup.

I have invested in further professional training provided by leading CIM Strategists and UK Retail Editors in Chief.

During 2016 - 2018 I have successfully co-founded a specialist online wine retailer in the UK. We have managed to grow from 0 to a 6 figure business in just 2 years. My contribution was to set up all marketing operation from scratch. I have also studied wine professionally and obtained a prestigious WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wine and Spirits. I have trained trade professionals and world class sommeliers since then. Being passionate about online retail, organic produce, wine and food, I have also won British awards in organic, vegan and wine categories for the content and digital marketing.

What’s next? What am I looking for?

Currently I am looking for a flexible employment as Head of Marketing, it can include consulting projects, startup involvement and collaborations to help other businesses with their marketing strategies.

My area expertise in digital marketing and a very strong focus on Western Europe will make a great asset to an International company that want to develop and optimize their digital marketing efforts.

I am interested in online businesses, IT, retail and education sectors. I am afraid I won’t consider any military or defense, drugs or pharmaceutical sectors for my employment or any sort of engagement. I speak English as my first language, but I’m also fluent in Russian and Ukrainian; have a excellent command of written language.
