I am an experience Technical Support operative, having previously worked for the outsourced support department for Dell. I have gained experience in response handling, remote support, software and hardware troubleshooting, remote access support. I also posses excellent customer service and administrative skills, and able to maintain and create databases.
In all my previous roles I have demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn, always keeping in touch with current technological trends. I possess a BSc in Financial Applications and a Diploma in International IT Skills from the University of Cambridge among other many qualifications.
As I have now completed my mandatory military service in Greece, I am immediately available for full time employment and I am willing to relocate.
