- Gathering the requirements and making the initial documentation
- Continious communication with customer from the beginning of the project, till final stage of the project business correspondence
- Prototyping and analytics of the requirements
- Continious communication with team: designers, developers, testers, game designers, etc. (2 - 5 members in time in one project)
- Creating tasks in task trackers and permanent control of the project flow
