Product Development, Strategy, and Planning, Project Management and Business Process
▪ Introduced First National Bank to Insurance Premium Finance (product), with
Tanzania becoming the first country to introduce it. This included the product's
definition, feasibility, growth, validation, implementation, and assessment (IPF).
▪ Develop and implement an overall Business Plan, Project Management, and
Business Process for Insurance Premium Finance and other Insurance products
across the entire organization focused on business targets as per the bank’s
strategy and insurance partners.
▪ Have a clear understanding of market trends around the organization to capitalize
on the Bank's clients' diverse product/service needs.
Credit, Financial and Performance Management
▪ Responsible for Insurance Premium Finance ROI and other Insurance
products by building strong working relationships across the industry
