Heat Pump - manual construction in the laboratory

To fight inefficient condensation in the heat exchange, given by modern freon gases, which are inapplicable to having condensation at high temperatures. (Application in hot countries) specific application in very hot and humid climates with low receptivity in the condensation. To use with bad weather conditions, when atmosphere is too much hot for the device (commercial units). Heat pump development to climatize, foreknowledge of different refrigerant gas (freon), ex: R600 (butane) and pentane. They are ecologic refrigerants (using critical working temperatures from -15ºC to 125ºC) with high performance in the condensation, due to the high pressure (“heavy gas“). With plate heat-exchanger NiCd (Freon-water), accumulation deposit (for WC), pumping hot-water at T>70ºC, using condensation at T>85ºC and evaporation at –5ºC ('hot-gas' defrost system with valve of 4 ways).

For applications that demands 75ºC/85ºC of temperature. Normally, heat pump of the market works at 60ºC and do not replace the boilers temperature of 90ºC (the way to fight bacteria, ex: legionella).

For optimization of pipe diameter (water volumes) using high “diff. temperature”. Plans to increase efficiency in domestic water consumption.

Heat pump development to acclimate evaporation at T<-35ºC (application in cold countries).

Application in cold countries using “double compressor“ or “screw compressor“ system. It is a cooling compression system to enhance “diff. pressure“ (between H.P. and L.P.). Elevates the measure [bar] of static thermodynamic circuit. System similar to “tunnel freezers“ (-35ºC), way to fight the bad atmospheric conditions (weather), that are to much cold (ex: -30ºC) and do not have heat-exchanging in the evaporator.
