On the stage of introduction of automation of HR of processes - HR - centre executed next functions:
registration of employees, sent lessons, tests, examinations and attestations;
control of passing of educating, creation of reports on results educating in the program Asnovator;
administrative and organizational providing of activity of educational HR – centre;
collaboration with IT- developers, testing of HR – centre;
canvassing ("Estimation 360", "Estimation of administrative skills", "Estimation of involved of personnel", "Estimation of interfunctional cooperation" and other corporate questioning);
unloading, treatment, analysis of the obtained data, preparation of reports, presentation;
selection of personnel is automation of process of adaptation of personnel;
administration of Bitrix.
