Customer support agent . It was a really endearing experience, I learned how to answer to our customers demands and needs in the best ways possible without wasting any time on needless details. Unfortunately the company shut down.
In any case, I believe firmly that what I've earned working there has made me an excellent problem solver, and I will be more than eager to demonstrate my skills given the opportunity. .

Personnal Profile :
I am to be a first year medical student in KNMU starting september. I've spent the past year learning russian language in Kharkiv and perfecting it. Thanks to the communication classes i've taken and my two previous part-time jobs as a sales manager and as a customer support representative (for the same company); I have managed to develop excellent analytical skills as well as an important customer oriented spirit that allows me to strive for the best support i can provide each and every customer. My main hobbies are reading and writing which allows me to never be at loss of words, one book to be published in the near future. At this very instant i am looking to further develop as a person and to hone those skills of mine, hence customer support is the right fit for me.
