guests and release room blocked because of no- shows

• Take responsibility during the shift for maximizing quality levels of product and service,

• Approve and sign for allowances, rebates etc., as required by Front Office Cashier.

• Authorise charges to be made for late departures and/or compliments on them.

• Follows up with credit limit report

• Handle all negative guest feedback on priority and effectively within stipulated guidelines.

• Responsible for front office operation during the absence of Front Office Manager (HO).

• Assign and Approve Duty roster for all Front desk staffs.

• Engage Guests in conversation and provide general assistance

• Manage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaints
