Requirements for work experience:
- 1+ year of dealing with business clients
- communication with foreign clients (USA/EU)
- team management/business process management
- experience in IT sphere is an asset.
Necessary skills and knowledge:
- upper-intermediate spoken and written English
- attentiveness to clients' business needs
- ability to resolve critical issues
- sales techniques and negotiation skills
- good understanding of the IT sphere.
