Professional skills:
Technical background: while working on the first three positions I received a lot of technical skills like updating windows components, resolving and fixing different issues and errors, setting up numerous software and hardware, knowledge of bug tracking and manual testing.
Advanced level of English: I have experience of more than 6 years of language practice with native speakers not only from the US but also from Canada and Mexico.
Stress resistance: I have experience of resolving difficult cases when the callers were very upset.
Fast learner: the position of technical support taught me well how to find needed information as fast as possible if I do not know something specific right now.
