EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Twenty plus years of OEM and Tier 1 Supplier design studio experience, working directly with Industrial Design and Engineering to create high quality 3D styling/production release components for the aftermarket segment, auto shows (NAIAS and SEMA), and general OEM production release. Created in ALIAS, 3D conceptual geometry for SLA/FDM use as: prototype, design review, and engineering testing purposes. Created in ALIAS both interior and exterior class a production release components for GM, GM Holden, FORD, NISSAN, HONDA, JCI, etc. Created concept and class a ALIAS data from sketch, scan, and legacy data for several GM Accessory platforms, including: Chevy, GMC, Hummer, Cadillac, Buick, Pontiac, Saab, and Saturn. Created in ALIAS, the entire 3D interior of the FORD Super Chief for a NAIAS. Every component designed has exceeded OEM level of quality and craftsmanship standards and has been completed on time and prior to projected target date for release. Successfully created the entire/ground up concept model of the V3 Electric vehicle for V3. Created concept ALIAS math (structure, Interior/Exterior, battery placement, etc).

Senior ALIAS Digital Sculptor (direct employee)

Successfully creating styling/class a1 surface for prototype and production. Created ALIAS math from sketch, scan, MCM, refresh from C/O or Legacy data. Studios: Exterior Lighting, Accessories/Wheels/Under Hood, Truck Studio, User Experience, Buick, Chevy, GMC, Cadillac (interior and exterior). Involved in Int/Ext for Electric Vehicle platforms. 3D ALIAS Digital Sculptor/3D Modeler Consultant

Created conceptual design and development (sketch/Scan to protype) of an Electric Passenger Vehicle. Collaborating with world-class Engineering from MIT, UCLA, NASA, NISSAN, US Government, etc. Creating all initial ALIAS theme surface data for prototype.

Specializing in: the creation, development, and release of high quality ALIAS data; for the Automotive, Medical Device, Aeronautics, and Consumer Product Industries.

Creating ALIAS math from sketch/scan/legacy, from concept to production.

Produced high quality ALIAS data for concept and production, styling surface to class a1. Played an integral part in the design process while being the design liaison with Engineering and GM Design Staff Studio Managers.

ALIAS Electronic Math Modeler (EMM)

Designed and released high quality ALIAS data for concept and production release. Successfully supported Industrial Design and Engineering as a Liaison to eliminate key critical issues related to design intent while maintaining Engineering requirements. Design experience in multiple studios (Interior/Exterior/Car/Truck)

· Successfully delivered ALIAS data for concept fabrication and delivered ALIAS class a1 data for production release (both car and truck platforms).

· Created in ALIAS, the full interior of the FORD Super Chief (IP, center stack, console, shifter and PRNDL, doors and skins, floors, all pillars, rear shelf, all seating, headliner with stadium skylights) everything from the firewall rearward.

· Created front fascia data in ALIAS for FORD Indy Pace cars.

· Became familiar with IDEAS as components were released through this package as well as CATIA and ICEM.

· Maintained all tracking, updating, and release timelines.

· Successfully met and exceeded all OEM standards for quality.

· Analyzed ALIAS data prior to release to ensure product quality and craftsmanship.

Computer Aided Industrial Designer

Successfully created and delivered 3D ALIAS geometry; both concept styling for prototype and class a1 for production to major design studios, OEM and Tier 1 Suppliers. Ansel Edmont, GM, Nissan, Johnson Controls, Magna

ALIAS Applications Engineer

Successfully provided pre and post sales customer support related to ALIAS software and packages. Collaborated with clients (OEM/Tier 1) to enhance design studios and ensure success as well as provide ALIAS technical and design support.

Designed and released for production high quality ALIAS components for GM Buick, Oldsmobile, and Cadillac platform; meeting and exceeding OEM level standards for quality and craftsmanship. Collaborated with Design management, Engineering and DQ&V certifying the highest level of quality prior to design release. Produced finish design work for Senior Design staff members adhering to Checker requirements for Design and Engineering requirements. Collaborated with Senior Design and Engineering to guarantee OEM level standards for quality and craftsmanship were successfully achieved.

Produced for Design and Engineering release, refresh and revisions to GM automotive related components. Worked with Senior Design and Engineering to satisfy needs and requirements prior to Design release adhering to all required standards for quality utilizing CGS.

Technical Illustrator
