I am sociable, punctual, hardworking, responsible, attentive, quickly learnable.
 
When I came to the management of grant projects, I had no experience in this area. And these projects
were just beginning to be implemented in Ukraine. We did not have a team of specialists and the work
began with a complete "zero."
 
But we were able to implement dozens of successful projects. Three projects were implemented under my
leadership. The team and I created the "full cycle service" and collected and trained a whole staff of
specialists. The project was completed on time and within budget. And most importantly, it fully met the
expectations of the grantors.
 
Once I came to understand that a good PM can manage almost any project in any field. And I want to
become just such a project manager.
 
Participating in the development of software for my project as a customer, I realized that I was interested in
the IT field. And I want to get into this world.
 
When writing functional requirements for the service, I felt that I wanted to be "on the other side of the
barricades". I want to participate in the development of services and products that can improve someone's
business, or solve the problems of individual people. Make someone's world more convenient, and maybe
even better.
 
And, probably, in your company, I can be realized, as the professional and to bring the maximum
advantage.
 
(And by the way, the product we developed is a mobile app for people in situations of violence. I will be
happy to tell you more about it if you are interested.)
 
I also have experience in a startup - the creation of a training mobile application for students. Where I was
collecting requirements from the customer, processing feedback from the children's focus group, studying
the market of children's mobile applications in Europe as a business analyst.

Therefore, I went to Lemon School and completed a course on project management and business analysis
under the guidance of Alexander PM Grytsenko, Senior PM Global Logic. I successfully graduated from this
course and I want to put my knowledge into practice.
 
What else can I tell you about myself?
 
I respect and take into account the opinions of other people.
I always try to "hear" a client, take his side and understand his business in order to solve his problem or
realize an idea.
 
For me, User Story is not just a requirement, it is a philosophy of how to make a product better. Better for
the client and for the end user.
 
I make compromises, but I leave my standpointand the standpoint of my team.
 
I "live" the project on which I work and is always involved in the life of the team. Work for me is not limited
to office walls and work schedules.
 
And I am ready for frequent business trips if the need arises.
