••Preparing and sending tender invitations to all ADMA-OPCO approved scrap contractors to sale the scrap which are available/coming to our base.

••Arranging registration (Traffic registration, license plate, insurance and security pass to send this vehicle to islands) for the newly purchase vehicles for das island.

Dispatch team section

••Receiving materials from suppliers and contractors with deliver note.
••Recording it to our dispatch registration system.
••Making the win number and weight of CCU’s in our loading note.
••Preparing loading list and spreading to the concerned area.
••Contacting with rigs, barges, complexes etc… for their requirement of materials.

Worked in warehouse receiving, and issue sections

•• Participating with job officers and materials coordinators to know about the
materials requirements and arranging it accordingly.
••Preparing purchase orders (PR) and materials request (MR) as per the
requirement of materials.
••Receiving materials from the contractors, suppliers and coordinating with
engineer for the necessary inspection of material.

CCU’s tracking system

••Tracing outgoing/ incoming movements of around CCU’s (cargo carrying unit).
••CCU’s tracking system was improved by me and it was useful for the division.
••Daily investigation on CCU’s (missed, location, damage etc…).
••Visiting the offshore and giving presentations to the controllers for any issue or new implementation on CCU’s.
