Friends, have you already estimated the new feature of our site? Now you can add skills to your resume and vacancies. Like all our updates, we have done this so that job seekers and employers find each other faster.

How does this work for applicants?

So, you are an applicant who is looking for work in the IT field. First you need to place a resume on the site. If you download prepared document, website will recognize and highlight your skills in a separate column. Before you save a resume, make sure that the information is correct.

You can also specify your skills manually, they can be edited and deleted, if necessary. Please note that skills should be added one by one and they should not contain a subjective evaluation. Do not confuse skills with personal qualities. For example, responsibility and punctuality is not a skill, so it is better to indicate the knowledge of a foreign language, programs and other tools that characterize you as a specialist. Skills will allow employers to find your resume faster, and also attract more attention to it.

How does this help employers?

If you are an employer, sure you clearly understand what skills should have your ideal candidate. To ensure that right applicant  found your job offer quickly, fill in the "Required Skills" field.

In addition, when you add vacancy text, the system recognizes key skills and allocates them independently. Before adding a job, check if the information is correct, if necessary, add other skills manually and publish the information.

Search becomes much easier!

Now you can sort resumes and vacancies by clicking on the required skill. Remember that this update appeared recently, so not all candidates and employers have indicated skills in their ads. For more exact search use the search form.
