Job description

IT Craft is looking for a Designer to create impactful visuals that engage and sell. The role focuses on fast, bold, and creative presale concepts that win client attention.
What you’ll do:
Create eye-catching concepts for presales, landing pages, and pitch decks;
Turn ideas into visuals quickly and push them to polished delivery;
Work closely with sales & marketing, where initiative and taste matter.

What we expect:
Strong portfolio (UI + marketing design cases);
2+ years of commercial experience in web / mobile / desktop;
Mastery of Figma & Illustrator;
Sharp eye for trends and a hunger to stay ahead;
Ownership mindset: ensuring consistency and quality under deadlines;
At least an Upper Intermediate level of English.
Nice to have:
Skills in motion design and animation (After Effects, Figma plugins);
Experience with marketing/presale materials (pitch decks, promo visuals, landings);
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
Familiarity with AI design tools.
