From the project beginning, the Waterfall/Scrum process was set up for 6 teams (50+ specialists).
In 2019 SAFe transformation started for the team of 80+ engineers. The iterative approach helped to align the process and achieve the predictability for team velocity. Also to find gaps in the processes and prepare the plan.
