R.KH.UA vs Talent.UA: wich resource suits you?
Friends, you already know that this year in April our team launched another project — the all-Ukrainian job site Talent.UA.
Talent.UA and «Jobs in Kharkov» have one common goal — to help more job seekers and employers find each other. «But which resource should be preferred?» — asking you. It all depends on your goals! So let's find out what can they be.
«I'm looking for jobs/candidates all over Ukraine»
Today many applicants for the sake of an interesting project are ready to change not only the place of work, but also the place of residence. A similar trend is observed among companies. To find ideal candidate, employers are not limited to one city, but consider applicants from all over Ukraine. Did you recognize yourself in this description? Then go on Talent.UA.

How does it work?
If you are a registered user of Jobs in Kharkov bur decided to expand your search all over Ukraine you can use your login and password to log in Talent.UA. And vice versa.You need to enter login information on one website and authorization will happen automatically on both of the sites.
Regardless of which site you have authorized in your personal account you will see the same information. Employers will see a list of their vacancies, and job seekers — a list of resumes.
To make it easier for you to find out on which resource information was initially published, in front of it in your personal account you will see the site's logo.
That's how it will be displayed in company's account logged in Jobs in Kharkov:
The Talent.UA logo near the vacancy indicates that the information was published on this resource.
For the applicant who was authorized through Talent.UA it will look like this:
Please note that you can edit, activate or deactivate job or resume, view feedback and suggestions, dialogues and contact information on Talent.UA as well as on Jobs in Kharkov. Choose the resource that you are comfortable with.
Common database of resumes and jobs
Another important point aimed to help you to use our resources with maximum benefit is the common base of resumes and vacancies.
For instance, you are an employer and you look for a candidate for the position of secretary. Use the filters to select the most suitable resume. Please note that in search results in front of some resumes, the logo of the source site is indicated, and it will link there if you want to see detailed information about the applicant.
The same scheme will work with jobs database for candidates. In common search results user will see a list of jobs for his request. If the interesting proposal is located on another resource you can easily navigate to another website simply by clicking on the job.
And yet, which resource to use — Talent.UA or Jobs in Kharkov? The decision is yours! But remember that at any time you can expand the geography of your search or focus on a particular city.
