Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle sales process in the company: • Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve predefined targets and to expand the company's performance and customer base • Supervise the whole Sales Department • Find and establish strategic partnerships with international companies worldwide • Act as a representative at business conferences, trade fairs, and networking events • Train and coach team members.
Requirements: • Proven 5+ years of sales experience on foreign enterprise level markets, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in IT company is preferable • Proven ability to manage the full-cycle of sales processes from planning to closing of a deal • Ability to effectively communicate with the team and, increase the company productivity across all levels, including executive and C-level. Proven experience with Fortune 500 companies is plus. • Capability to articulate the distinct aspects of the products and services and propose creative positioning among competitors • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, intelligent, unique, and achievable solutions • Excellent speaking, writing, and communicating English skills • Strong communicator with excellent written, presentational and oral communication and interpersonal skills. • Over 35 y.o.
